The balcony features a 6-seater outdoor seating area and a functional grill, perfect for hosting BBQ summer nights. For your convenience, a storage area is located to the left of the double doors of the entrance to the unit to hold your beach toys and sandy supplies. Reservations between March and October also come with complimentary access to beach service at the rental booth.
