The first level boasts an open-concept design, featuring a professionally decorated living room with plenty of cozy seating, perfect for relaxation and gathering. Upstairs, the second floor offers four well-appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and ample space for every family member.

The stunning kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy your cravings for homemade meals, even while on vacation. Outside, the bright and inviting spaces are ideal for entertaining, seamlessly extending from the open-concept living area. An expansive pool is at the heart of the outdoor retreat, surrounded by ample seating. It's the ultimate setting for grilling, swimming, lounging on the patio, and enjoying a variety of fun-filled activities and games.

- A massive King Suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity

On the Second Floor

Emerald Waves and White Sands is located just within 5 minutes from Inlet Beach Regional Access which offers convenient access to parking, and shower facilities. Lake Powell is also within a short walking distance from the house.

Beach Access: Within 5mins from Inlet Beach Regional Access (Recommended); Other Beach Access: Access #94 & #95
Complimentary beach chairs (8) and a variety of beach items, including beach towels, are provided for your convenience.
