Davis has always believed in putting the “Guest Experience” first and uses this focus to drive our team towards continual innovation.
His 10 years of experience in Real Estate Investments keeps him abreast of any potential market changes to ensure Live the Gulf Coast always stays ahead of the competition. With a background in website design, development, and Search Engine Optimization, he brings a cutting edge digital marketing strategy to guarantee the financial success of each property with Live the Gulf Coast.
Davis has lived along the Emerald Coast all his life and wants to share his love for this area with our homeowners and guests.

Desiree DelRomano
Lead Property Manager
Desiree is our property management "energizer bunny." Her passion for people and drive for success ensures owner/guest satisfaction is at the forefront every day.
Desiree brings 20+ years experience in the hospitality & customer service industry by way of Delta and US Airways. Her background uniquely qualifies her to serve our 30A owners and guests at a high level day in and day out.
As an active volunteer in the 30A community, Desiree dedicates her off-time to educating visitors and local school kids on what makes our area unique and beautiful.

Social Media Manager
Ashley brings creativity, consistency, and a strong eye for detail to the Live the Gulf Coast brand.
As our Social Media Manager, she’s responsible for showcasing our homes, highlighting the lifestyle of 30A, and keeping our audience engaged across all platforms.
With a passion for storytelling and authentic connection, Ashley helps turn beautiful properties into scroll-stopping content that attracts both guests and homeowners alike. Her behind-the-scenes work plays a big role in expanding our reach and strengthening our brand presence every day.

Amber Whitman
Accounts Manager
Amber manages every aspect of our accounts with an eye for detail and a passion for efficiency. She is our jack of all trades tackling everything thrown to her. With her diverse background, she is qualified to handle everything from taxes to marketing.
Amber brings to us 20 years of customer service experience. She has worked in retail management, accounts receivables, and hotel guest service management. She graduated from The Florida State University with a degree in Mass Communication in 2003. Amber joined our team right before Hurricane Michael hit us in 2018. Despite the challenges she faced during this time, she has persevered through and helped push us to where we are today.
She is here to walk our owners through the process of onboarding their properties to understanding their first statement, to continued financial success while partnered with Live the Gulf Coast.
