Located in the exclusive Cottages at Eastern Lake community in Seagrove Beach, this beautiful custom family beach house is situated south of 30A. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the open-concept kitchen and living area, which features ample natural light that highlights the natural wooden beams in the living room ceiling and wainscoting around the walls. The natural stone fireplace (non-operational) is a focal point in the room, with a large screen TV mounted above it. Gorgeous maple wood floors start on the main floor and continue throughout the rest of the house. The kitchen is modern and sleek, with white cabinets and quartz countertops, and it features stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and a French-door refrigerator. The powder room and laundry room are located off the living area on the bottom floor.

This beach house has dual master bedrooms, each with its en suite. The first master bedroom, located downstairs, features a king bed and access to the back porch hidden behind beautiful ceiling-to-floor curtains. The accent wall behind the headboard is done in coastal white shiplap, and the en suite features a double-stone vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and plenty of natural light. The second master bedroom, located on the second floor, features beautiful windows surrounding the king bed headboard, and the ceiling is accented with beautiful cypress wood that mirrors the maple wood floors found throughout the house. The en suite features a double-stone vanity in white cabinetry, a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat, and plenty of natural light. Off the en suite is a large walk-in closet.

The second guest bedroom, also located on the second floor, houses a queen bed with a shiplap accent behind the headboard. The en suite for this room features a double-stone vanity and a walk-in tile shower with glass doors. The final room on the second floor is the double bunk room, which houses two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, accommodating up to six people. The en suite off this room features a single sink and the house's only shower/tub combo. The final bathroom is located outside, featuring an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach or after a dip in the pool. The fully enclosed area allows for privacy and has a bench to store towels, a change of clothes, and hooks to hang everything else to dry.

The Cottages at Eastern Lake is a newer community located south of 30A, adjacent to Water Sound West Beach. The community features beautiful palm tree-lined extra-large pools and public park access to Eastern Lake for kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding. This community is nestled in central 30A, just a 5-minute drive to Seaside and a 10-minute drive to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach. The golf cart or bikes provided are great for leisurely rides around the community or short trips down 30A to one of the numerous centers along this great coast strip.
