Come and see our newest Emerald Isle 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The unit is on the 11th floor, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters. This unit gives you enough room for a small family or couples retreat. It features a private Gulf front balcony with access to the living room and master suite and a clean, crisp kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and an accented tile backsplash. The eat-at bar allows the whole family to enjoy mealtime together from prep to finish. The master bedroom features a gulf-front view with balcony access. The en suite has a beautiful garden tub/shower combo to accommodate those who want a nice soak after a splendid day at the beach. The guest bedroom features a newly replaced bed in early 2020.

The spectacular unit is a small part of the Emerald Isle experience. The property sits on its beach access, allowing two pools and a hot tub overlooking the gulf's emerald waters.
