  • Convenience: A laundry room for added ease during your stay.
Second Floor:
  • Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, an oversized island, and a walk-in pantry.
  • Living Space: An open-concept living and dining area perfect for gatherings.
  • Balconies: Two exquisitely furnished balconies—one overlooking the pool and another at the front of the home.
  • Sleeping Options: A Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk alcove with twin beds.
Third Floor:
  • Lounge Area: A cozy space with balcony access for quiet moments or socializing.
  • A King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, dual vanities, and balcony access.
  • Two king bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers.
  • Laundry Room: A second laundry area is available for added convenience.
Seacroft Cottages is ideally positioned just steps from Gulf Place and only five minutes from the scenic Santa Rosa Golf Club—making it effortless to turn everyday moments into unforgettable memories.

Parking: Up to 3 vehicles. 
Beach Distance: 1 mile.
Beach Chairs: Includes 6 Huffy beach cruisers, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a large ice chest.
Pool and Spa: Optional Heated Pool/Hot Tub available for an additional $75/night
Golf Carts: Complimentary use of a 6-seater golf cart
Bikes: Complimentary use of 6 bikes
Washer and Dryer: Yes
Coffee Maker: Keurig
Pets: Not allowed.
Pack n Play and Travel Crib available upon request. Price starts at $75
