IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION
- Parking: Accommodates up to 4-5 vehicles, with parking available in the garage and driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
- Beach Service: Not included. Rentals are available through Live The Gulf Coast.
- Pool Access: Private Pool Access. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 24–48 hours before arrival. The pool can be heated for $50/day.
- Golf Cart & Bikes: Allowed, Golfcart Available for additional fee
- Baby Gear: Pack ’n Play available upon request, with rates starting at $100 per week.
- Pets: Allowed: $150 per pet, non-refundable. Maximum 1 pet allowed. Must be under 30 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. No cats.

Pet Policy: Woodward Way welcomes pets with prior approval and an additional pet fee. All pets must be disclosed before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
