Perfect for families or groups, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

- Master Bedroom: King bed with private en suite bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 1: Two queen beds with access to a shared bathroom.
- Florida Room: Two daybeds, perfect for kids or additional sleeping arrangements.

Guest Wing (Accessible via Breezeway)
- Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with a private en suite bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed with access to a half bath via the breezeway.
These separate bedrooms are ideal for older kids or guests seeking additional privacy.

Outdoor Features
- Beachfront Patio: Enjoy stunning Gulf views, a custom fire pit, and plenty of seating for family barbecues or sunset gatherings.

- Pets: Allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum 2 pets under 35 lbs; breed restrictions apply). No cats.

Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

- Check-out Time: 9:00 AM.
- Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and stay in the property for non-family groups.
- Cancellation Policy: No refunds.
