Great house. Great location. Had 4 adults and 5 kids - plenty of room. We would definitely come back and stay. Can't imagine a better view from a house. You get the beach view and the state park view - spectacular!!

This was our first time (first of many, I hope) at Mutual Fun. Wow, what a gorgeous place! The setting is unbelievably beautiful, and the house is designed to make the most of that. It's also a remarkably livable house, well planned for a large group. In our case, that meant 11 of us, two families who have vacationed together every summer for more than three decades. The kitchen is designed and stocked by people who know how to cook (it's surprising how rarely that's the case), and the dining table is big enough to accommodate a large group. Plus, the screened porch provides yet another dining option, as well as a Wifi-friendly spot for work or Web-surfing. We loved the simplicity and quality of the furnishings (good mattresses -- yay!) and the original art throughout. When a couple of problems cropped up (an AC system that wasn't cooling properly, a blender that died in the service of one too many margaritas), the owners leapt into action and remedied the situation immediately. We could not have asked for better landlords; these folks really know what they're doing. As a result, we had a great week on the aptly named Emerald Coast. Can't wait to return!
