Beachy Keen Description

"Beachy Keen" is a beautiful southern charmer located in The Cottages At Camp Creek. This home is perfect for relaxing by the pool or long naps on the veranda in an Old Florida style. Located on 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, you can access relaxing walking and biking trails is conveniently located just minutes away from the local boutiques for shopping.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can comfortably sleep seven people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with a full-bunk bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A fully stocked kitchen is also available for your convenience. The 7500-square-foot community pool is your view from the Veranda, and a large Jacuzzi is also available for you to enjoy. Both are just right at your back door.

The deeded beach access, about 350 yards from the property, is a leisurely stroll featuring the beautiful laidback scenes that you expect on 30A. The sugary beach and the Gulf of Mexico host a wonderland of sea life. You will see dolphins playing in the water, find unique shells and sand dollars, watch sand crabs puttering across the beach, and marvel at the pelicans that swoop down to catch their evening meal. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets! A quiet place to relax and unwind and soak up the sun. If you are feeling adventurous, there are plenty of water sports to choose from, like jet skiing, boating, fishing, and parasailing.

Must Try: Taste the local flare at The Blue Giraffe in WaterColor or the Artist Colony in Seaside. No stop at Seaside is complete without visiting the Modica Market, a family-owned specialty market right in the town square. Walk in, and you will congratulate yourself on choosing the right venue. After an active but relaxing day in our beach community, it will be time to treat yourself to one of the fine restaurants along 30A. For a casual upscale beach bar and restaurant experience, you can't go wrong at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Be sure to sample the best crab cakes this side of Maryland! If it's Italian you are craving, visit Borago in Grayton Beach on Hwy 30A. If you find yourself in Seaside close to sunset, drop into Bud 'n Alleys and ask for a table upstairs. As the sun sets on a beautiful day over the Gulf, you will know you are in paradise! You'll find more dressy-casual locals at the new 'V' in Seagrove Beach or Café 30A, one of the mainstays. If adventurous, have an after-dinner cocktail and dessert around the pool in Alys Beach, then dance the night away at the Old Florida Fish House.
