Welcome to Chateau Beach Villa—your serene haven in the quaint Villa Chateaus neighborhood. This delightful beach retreat is designed for families or groups of up to six and promises a memorable escape in Panama City Beach. Just a short, 2-minute walk (about 120 yards!) to the beach and community pool, and close to favorite local spots like Thomas’ Pizzas & Cream, Thomas Donut & Snack Shop, Pho Pier 77, and the scenic Rosemary Beach 30A, you'll enjoy easy access to dining, entertainment, and nearby shopping at Carousel Supermarket and Pier Park.

Step into a welcoming living area featuring plush seating in refreshing coastal blues that set the tone for the ultimate beach retreat. The open-plan design encourages family time, with plenty of space for conversation and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen will surely not let you miss amazing homemade food while on vacation.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for relaxation, with cozy beds perfect for unwinding after sunny beach days. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin folding and a spacious walk-in closet, while the guest bedroom comfortably accommodates four guests with a Queen bed and Full bunk set.

Outdoor Spaces

Step outside and savor the Florida sun with the Villa’s ample outdoor areas. A semi-private backyard with a relaxing seating area is perfect for barbeques and chitchats. Al fresco dining is also a good idea! Or cozy up with a good book or two on the cute bedroom balconies or simply watch time fly by the front porch. You can also enjoy added peace of mind knowing that our property is equipped with discreet, outdoor security monitoring.
