The Town of Prominence community offers resort-style pools complete with cabanas, grills, bathhouses, a fitness center, and a fire pit. The beach tram runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. When the tram isn't running, the unit offers bikes and a golf cart to get you to and from the many beach access points along 30A.  

The first floor is the main living area with a beautiful new kitchen.  The beautiful open concept provides space for the whole family to enjoy while still together.  The garage takes the other part of the first floor, providing parking for one car and shelter for the golf cart and bikes. The living room has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa.  There is a patio off the first floor for enjoying morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxation.  The second floor is home to the house's three bedrooms: The master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest room has a king bed with a shared bathroom. And the 2nd guest room has two full beds and a shared bathroom.
